Letter from Hon. George L. Christian of Richmond, Virginia, to the faculty of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute asking a rehearing of a judgment rendered by said faculty, refusing to allow his son, William B. Christian to matriculate, on the alleged ground that he had been engaged in "hazing" in said institute, and complaining of the action of said faculty in not allowing him and Senator John W. Daniel, as his friend, to appear before them on behalf of his son, on said charge. Also the evidence, showing that said William B. Christian was not a party to said "hazing."
