His being apprehended at Leyden in Holland, and brought into England. His commitment to Newgate, and the award of death against him at the Kings-Bench-Bar at Westminster. The manner of his behaviour till the day of his execution. Together with his last dying words at the place of execution, &c. Entred according to order
