An accurate synopsis (with appendix & notes) of the testimony, &c., from the rough record of a trial : before a naval court of inquiry, convened at the Washington Navy Yard, on the 1st Oct. 1861. Prefixed by a copy of the precept and specifications, (with notes) upon which Com. Chandler was tried, reported guilty (!), and summarily dismissed from the Navy ... without waiting for a defense!
