Oct. 7, 2023–May 27, 2024 | A new exhibition will provide visitors with the opportunity to gain insight into early art education in China through painting manuals originally published in the 17th and 18th centuries.

“In Our Time: Prints by R.B. Kitaj” will showcase 44 prints over two rotations, exploring the intersection between literary and visual arts.

Hilton Als—Pulitzer Prize–winning writer, theater critic for The New Yorker magazine, and curator—is the inaugural Hannah and Russel Kully Distinguished Fellow in the History of American Art.
