Restore + Explore: New Moon Forest Bathing with Debra Wilbur

Discover pathways to restore emotional and physical well-being while exploring the beauty and tranquility of The Huntington with our Restore + Explore series. In this New Moon Forest Bathing class, Debra Wilbur leads a guided nature immersion experience where participants consider solar events and how they are tied to nature. Together participants will investigate and honor changes taking place in the landscape and within themselves in relation to the New Moon.

No previous experience necessary: suitable for all levels. Registration includes admission to the gardens before the start of the program.
