Treat Dad to an unforgettable Father’s Day brunch featuring seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, elevated comfort classics, and a variety of vegan-friendly options. Fresh selections include summer tomatoes with basil and mozzarella, vibrant fruit displays, vegan “Caesar” salad, and rustic cabbage slaw. Hot offerings range from “NOLA butter” shrimp and grits and garden herb fried chicken to vegan “loco moco,” grilled Hodo tofu, and crème brûlée baked oatmeal. Signature egg dishes include kimchi potato hash with fried eggs and huevos rancheros tostadas. The carvery showcases USDA Prime tomahawk steak, fennel pollen-crusted Kurobuta pork loin, and bluefin tuna sashimi with traditional accompaniments. Guests can also enjoy breakfast pastries, kid-friendly favorites, and an indulgent dessert display featuring mango-raspberry pavé, watermelon-lychee verrine, Guinness spice chocolate cake, and more.
