Create a one-of-a-kind artist’s book inspired by cacti in the Desert Garden.
Classes
After a visit to the Desert Garden, participants will cut and fold paper to make a one-of-a-kind artist’s book that resembles different cacti. Afterward, participants will fill their books with original poems inspired by the plants that inspired them.

- Registration includes free admission to The Huntington.
- Suitable for all levels; no previous experience is necessary.
- This class is open to participants aged 8 and older. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- All supplies and materials are included.
- Please bring registration confirmation with you.
- Check in with Education staff at Admission window #10 at 9:30 a.m.

- Tickets are not sold at the door for this event.
- To join the waitlist for this event, please email publicprograms@huntington.org. A space is not guaranteed, but you will be contacted if a space becomes available.
- To receive a refund, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will not be refunded.
- Members may receive a discount for up to two tickets.
