College Card


The College Card is an admission pass that provides one full-time undergraduate student with one year of free admission. It may be purchased on-site or online by the eligible student. To register, the student must provide proof of enrollment in at least 12 units, an expected graduation date, a valid college or university ID, and contact information.
Restrictions apply:
- College Card is nontransferable.
- General Admission ticket purchase may not be applied toward the purchase of a College Card.
- College Card may not be applied toward the purchase of a Membership.
College Card is not a Membership and does not permit Membership event entry.
COLLEGE CARD BASICS
Your College Card begins at the time of purchase.
Your College Card expiration date is on your digital card.
The College Card is an admission* pass that allows entry for one full-time undergraduate student, good for one year of free admission. It does not allow entry for any guests and does not include any Member benefits, since it isn’t a Membership. The College Card is nontransferable and does not grant access to the research library.
*Valid for general admission Wednesdays through Mondays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Huntington is closed on Tuesdays.

College Card purchases are not refundable or transferable. College Card entry may not be used for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use may result in your College Card being revoked. College Card entry may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred. College Card benefits, and prices are subject to change.
By visiting or communicating with the Huntington, you agree to comply with our visitor policies. Any person not adhering to these policies while on-site may be asked to leave the premises.

College Card applicants must be enrolled full-time (12 units) in an undergraduate program to qualify. Applicants for postgraduate degrees, master’s degrees, and doctorate (PhD) programs are not eligible.

VISITING AS A COLLEGE CARD HOLDER
Ticket reservations can be made online. Enter your College Card ID and last name to log in, and select your desired event, date, and visit time before completing your order.
All College Card holders and visitors must pass through the bag check when they arrive. While in the admission line, have your reservation and ID ready to present when asked by a staff member.
Have your QR code or receipt handy when leaving the Education and Visitor Center to enter the Gardens.
Reservations are required Friday through Sunday, on holidays, and during peak seasons. When not required, reservations are still encouraged for faster check-in.
If College Card tickets are fully booked, please check back later, as tickets become available when cancellations are processed. College Card holders are encouraged to cancel any unwanted reservations via the link in their reservation confirmation email.
If you have guests, you must purchase admission for them.
To add paid admission, first put your College Card ticket in the cart, then add the paid admission tickets to your order.
Admission reservations are limited daily to ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors. Please only book the dates you plan to visit and cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. We recommend that you only make reservations for five separate dates at a time.
You can cancel your order by clicking the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. Canceling your reservation frees up space for others to visit.
It’s important that we provide public access and an opportunity for the entire community to visit The Huntington.
College Card holders are encouraged to book tickets a few days in advance when looking to visit on a weekend or during peak seasons.
If College Card holder tickets are fully booked, please check back as tickets are made available when cancellations are processed.
The Huntington is committed to making the institution as accessible as possible to as many visitors as possible, regardless of economic capacity. Therefore, one day each month is set aside for public access, and tickets are provided free of charge.
To maximize access to the public on the first Thursday of the month, College Card visitation is not permitted from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
