A Los Feliz Flower Farm: The Kuromi Family Story

For generations, the Kuromi family has been part of the story of Los Angeles, from their flower farm in Los Feliz to the family businesses that followed. In this film, Aiko Kuromi shares memories of growing up on the farm and the remarkable path her family’s story took through the 20th century. Along the way, an archival photograph preserved at The Huntington connects the family’s past with its present in an unexpected way.
