Explore flower fields of the world inspired by the exhibition "Mapping Fiction" in this hands-on lesson taught by Flower Duet. Participants will learn how to combine premium flowers including ranunculus and protea while learning about each flower's origin story, meaning, and how it's been featured in literature.

This in-person class will be held outdoors at The Huntington with space between each workstation to allow for social distancing. Each workstation will be set up so as not to share any tools or supplies between participants. All unvaccinated participants must remain masked for the duration of the program. Masks are required by all participants when entering indoor spaces, regardless of vaccination status. Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, class capacity is limited and there will be no waitlist for this program.

This class is outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Registration includes all supplies and materials during an in-person live hands-on class at The Huntington. In this family friendly class, (up to 2 participants per reservation ages 7+) 2 people will work on one arrangement together. Fee includes 2 tickets; children must be accompanied by an adult. Fee includes admission onto the grounds following the class.

Morning class for adults also available from 10 a.m.-noon
