CANCELED - Books Uncovered: The Last Story of Mina Lee
6 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
Join author Nancy Jooyoun Kim, chef Irene Yoo, and Li Wei Yang, curator of Pacific Rim Collections at The Huntington, in this next installment of Books Uncovered. This three-part, virtual series, immerses participants into the pages of Kim's novel The Last Story of Mina Lee through a facilitated discussion with the author, an exploration of the collections with curatorial staff, and a hands-on cooking lesson of Korean American comfort food, based on themes and recipes in the book.
The series will be held online via Zoom. The Zoom link and link to purchase the book will be sent to attendees in a confirmation email. Registration includes all three sessions of the series. Please check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive a confirmation email upon registration.
