Meet Me in the Garden

Are you looking to spend more time in nature connecting with disability communities and making new friends? Join us for Meet Me in the Garden, which features such activities as learning how to spell plant names in Braille and exploring plants in the garden in new and exciting ways.

Key Details

• Registration includes free admission to The Huntington.
• Before the program, you will receive a pre-visit story about what to expect at The Huntington and a visual schedule of events.
• The Huntington Art Gallery Loggia is a 10- to 20-minute walk from the main entrance on a paved, accessible pathway. Rides will be available to and from the entrance for the duration of the program.
• This is a drop-in program; your family can come and participate anytime between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Written and verbal instructions will be provided for the various activity options.
• After 12:30 p.m., you and your family will be free to explore the rest of the gardens, galleries, and library on your own.
• Our team of trained staff is excited to welcome you to our program and guide you to any other spots on the grounds.
