Special Events Pricing, Catering and Vendors




Pricing for special events varies and can be scaled based on the type of event, setup required, and hours booked. All events are subject to a Facility Use Fee (site rental), contract and insurance requirements. 


Daytime events booked during public hours are subject to a $10/person admission fee. After hours events booked during non-public hours are subject to staffing fees.




The Huntington encourages the use of its onsite caterer, Estate Catering at The Huntington. Should you wish to use an outside caterer, additional fees and/or requirements may apply.




The Huntington requests the use of its preferred vendors for any third-party rentals. A sampling of preferred vendors is available to download and Special Events will help coordinate with the appropriate contacts. For a complete list of vendors, please contact Special Events at specialevents@huntington.org.
