Echinopsis 'Antimatter'

Flower beautifully symmetrical, to 4 ¼ inches (11 cm) across. Inner petals obovate, deep magenta with lighter margins and light red basal stripe. Outer petals and sepals projecting beyond interior petals and contrasting dark red to magenta with orangish to reddish midstripe. Sepals dark red. Throat-circle light pink. Filaments fuchsia-colored. Stem globular, to nearly 3 ¼ inches (8 cm) in diameter; spines to 1 inch (25 mm) long. ISI 2002-41; HBG 87017, Schick 1490-39.
