It was an evening of moonlight and magic on Sept. 29 as more than 1,800 guests gathered in Liu Fang Yuan 流芳園, the Garden of Flowing Fragrance, for The Huntington’s Mid-Autumn Moon Celebration. The event was open to Members at the Premier levels (Affiliate, Supporting, Patron, and Benefactor) and the Society of Fellows. Under a silvery orb—the symbol of reunion and togetherness—family and friends enjoyed cocktails, teas, music, drama, and Asian cuisine from more than 20 participating restaurants. But for many, the highlight of the evening was the exquisite garden itself, its lakeside pavilions aglow with light and infused with the spirit of celebration.

Fundraising continues for the completion of the garden. For information on how you can contribute to the future of the Garden of Flowing Fragrance, visit Support.
