Family Evening - Astronomy Adventure Night

Tuesday, 6:30–9:30 p.m.

Join us for an evening of stargazing and enjoy a close-up encounter with the planets and stars through a variety of telescopes provided by the Old Town Sidewalk Astronomers. Start the evening with a reading of Hey-Ho, To Mars We’ll Go by author Susan Lendroth; learn about the Orbit Pavilion exhibition and the satellites it tracks; and view rare astronomy works in the Library. The stargazing begins after sunset at 8 p.m. Suitable for all ages. $10/person. (Children under 5 are free.) Register online.
