Chinese Pu’er tea is known for its complex flavor as well as its fabled history: it has been served as a tribute tea for emperors. Like fine wine, authentic cakes of aged Pu’er tea are highly coveted. Join Angie Lee of 1001 Plateaus and Linda Louie of Bana Tea Company for a focused tasting of different vintages and varieties of this “drinkable antique.” Members: $55. Non-Members: $65.
