Echinopsis 'Mystique' Flower to 4-½ inches (11 cm) across. Petals broad obovate, bicolored dark magenta and bronzy-orange to red with light orange to dark pink midrib, pale magenta margin often developed giving petals a tricolored appearance. Outer petals paler than inners. Throat-circle delicate greenish-yellow. Filaments dark red. Stigma and style dark green. Stem columnar, to 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter; central spines to ½ inch (12 mm) long. ISI 2000-22; HBG 85195, Schick 721-39. |
