Echinopsis 'Minuet' Flower fragrant, to 5-½ inches (14 cm) across. Petals oblanceolate, weakly ruffled, pastel purplish-pink with light yellowish basal stripe and dark pink midrib. Throat-circle relatively broad, white. Outer stamens in a wide ring, filaments white, those of inner stamens delicate pink. Stigma white, with a green tint. Stem globular, to about 3-¼ inches (8.5 cm) in diameter; central spines to ¾ inch (20 mm) long. ISI 2000-20; HBG 85193, Schick 1406-1. |
