Echinopsis 'Djinni' Flower to 6 inches (15 cm) across. Petals obovate, inners acute, strongly ruffled, outers and sepals projecting beyond inners, sharply acute to acuminate. Inner petals orangish; outers pink to dark purplish-pink contrasting with inner petals. Filaments dark terra cotta or orangish. Stem globular, to nearly 4 ½ inches (10.5 cm) in diameter; central spines to 5/8 inches (15 mm) long. Djin (plural for Djinni, alternate of Jinni) are magical beings who can change their form.
