Echinopsis 'Cheetah'
Flower sweetly fragrant,
to 4 ½ inches (11.5 cm) across. Petals oblanceolate, in two whorls.
Inner petals weakly involute, orange with a lighter midrib. Outer petals
similar in color to inners, but with yellow midstripe. Throat-circle
light orangish-yellow. Inner stamens prominently exserted; outer stamens
longer, forming a wide diffuse circle; filaments dark orange to brick
red; anthers large and puffy. Stigma white. Flowers sweetly scented.
Stem to 3 ½ inches (9 cm) in diameter; central spines to about
